Aviola graduated in Biochemistry and Biotechnology from Ghent University. During her research projects in academia, she realized the importance of industry partnerships for late-stage development and commercialization of therapies. Therefore, she kicked off her career as a Life Science Consultant for the Business Development department of Fortress Biotech. For over a year, Aviola worked closely with industrial and academic institutions in identifying novel therapies and in coordinating the due diligence process that would enable licensing of such therapies.
As a Business Development Lead at myNEO, she will support business development by identifying and building relationships with partners that can make use of our proprietary platform to facilitate development of immunotherapies.
