Aviola graduated in Biochemistry and Biotechnology from Ghent University. During her research projects in academia, she realized the importance of industry partnerships for late-stage development and commercialization of therapies. Therefore, she kicked off her career as a Life Science Consultant for the Business Development department of Fortress Biotech. For over a year, Aviola worked closely with industrial and academic institutions in identifying novel therapies and in coordinating the due diligence process that would enable licensing of such therapies.
As an Associate Business Developer at myNEO, she will support business development by identifying and building relationships with partners that can make use of our proprietary platform to facilitate development of immunotherapies.
