Emiel obtained his bachelor in Biology from the University of Ghent, followed by a Master in Bioinformatics, majoring in Systems Biology. After an elective course piqued his interest in immunology, he decided to pursue his master thesis at the Computational Cancer Genomics & Tumor Evolution lab at UZ Ghent, researching signals of immune selection in healthy tissue.
At myNEO Therapeutics, Emiel will apply his background in bioinformatics and immunology to support the development of our innovative ImmunoEngine platform, contributing to our mission of pioneering new immunotherapies to fight cancer.
