Manon studied pharmaceutical sciences – drug development at Ghent University where she majored in personalized medicine. Being passionate about both science and data analysis, she then obtained an additional master in bioinformatics – systems biology. She performed her thesis at the BIOBIX lab where she evaluated an allelic imbalance based regularized regression model to predict calendar age.
As a bioinformatician at myNEO, she will contribute to improving the pipeline by the implementation of new features such as an immune resistance signature.
